Gifts for children 2024
During the Christmas holidays 2024, we worked on heartfelt initiative called “Make a Child Smile”. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we successfully collected 93 Christmas gifts and 503 warm coats for children in Ukraine.
These gifts brought more than jsut material comfort – they lit up the hearts of children who have lost one or both parents in the war. For them, receiving a gift wasn’t just a festive surprise, it was a reminder that they are seen, loved and not forgotten. Their smiles, laughter and shining eyes were a true celebration of hope and resilience.
Thanks to all who helped us make this beautiful moment possible.
Total cost of this project is $14,250. In additition our shipping expenses were $690
Gifts for children in hospitals 2023
Dear friends,
Blue Sky Ukraine expresses it’s sincere gratitude to each of you for your kindness, which you have shown by joining our charity initiative “MAKE A CHILD SMILE” to collect toys for children of Ukraine who are being treated in medical institutions.
We are very happy to inform you that thanks to your participation and support, we sent 2 pallets (almost 400 toys) worth more than $6,000, which have already been given to children in two children’s hospitals in Kharkiv – No. 5 and No. 16 . Your contribution made their difficult days in hospital happier and filled them with joy and smiles.

Gifts for children 2022
Our first project was completed a few months ago, before establishing our nonprofit foundation. Thanks to caring people who joined our efforts and donated their time and money we were able to send right before holidays season. 2 pallets of presents for Ukrainian kids who lost their parents in the war or who’s parents were serving at that time. We made dreams come true for more than 114 kids and total amount of around $17.000. And this is unbelievable!
We are so thankful to everyone who was so supportive and helpful.
Thank you once again for making our children a little bit happier.
